Domiciliary Care Services
Currently based in Staffordshire our Domiciliary Care / Care at home service takes all your specific requests and demands into consideration when progressing the care plans and guarantee a personalised attention. At Health Care Assistance, we offer trained, professional, reliable workers who are confident and trained in personal care, support in your own home and to help in dispensing medication.
Our services are growing and we aim to increase into Cheshire and neighboring areas in the next year.

Supported Accommodation
This is an upcoming service for the 16 to 18 years of age.
Health Care Assistance are developing a service to support young people (with behaviours that challenge) who need additional support away from home. This service aims to re-introduce children back home.
It will offer a maximum of 6 hours direct support in a week, in a shared, safely monitored, managed and maintained home. The home will be staffed 24/7.

Disability Transitions
Health Care Assistance are developing a specialist service to offer bespoke, complex care and support to children and adults with a disability from 13 to 25 years.
Authorisation has been sought to enable regulated activity around specialist care and support.
When approved, the service will provide in-house Safety Intervention training and is currently registered and accredited to CPI and affiliated to RRN.
