Domiciliary Care Services
Currently based in Staffordshire and West Yorkshire, our Domiciliary Care / Care at home service takes all your specific requests and demands into consideration when progressing the care plans and guarantee a personalised attention. At Health Care Assistance, we offer trained, professional, reliable workers who are confident and trained in personal care, support in your own home and to help in dispensing medication.
Our services are growing and we aim to increase into Cheshire and neighboring areas in the next year.

Supported Accommodation
We are approved to provide Supported Accommodation for young adults and older people
Health Care Assistance are developing a service to support adults (with Autistic, Mental Health and behaviours that challenge) who need additional support in their own home or in specific areas of support need. This service also offers domicilliary and community support weekly. Our support can also be available 24/7 through live in options​.

Disability Transitions
Health Care Assistance are developing a specialist service to offer bespoke, complex care and support to children and adults with a disability from 18 to 25 years.
We are registered and accredited to CPI and affiliated to RRN.
